3 Purpose limitation, legal basis, storage duration and data recipients

4.1 Your details, including personal data from our contact form or the contact emails, will be transmitted to us, processed and stored by us in order to process your inquiry. This data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. We cannot process your inquiries without this data.

4.2 Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) GDPR.

5 Newsletter

5.1 You can register for our newsletter on the website using the double opt-in procedure. After registering, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. It is not possible to send our newsletter without providing this data. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter.

5.2 We commission processors to send our newsletter. These processors have undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. 5.3 Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) GDPR.

6. online purchase - online shop

6.1 We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner in the context of cookies, as well as the name, address and credit card number and other relevant data for payment processing of the buyer. In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: VAT number, customer numbers, order list. The data provided by you is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

6.2 The data will be transmitted to the payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us for the purpose of delivering the goods, and to our tax advisor for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations. These companies have undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. An order processing contract has been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. 6.3 Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3TKG and Art 6 GDPR (in particular consent and/or necessity of contract fulfillment).

7 Cookies, other tracking tools and web analysis

7.1 Cookies, other tracking technologies and functions of web analysis services can be used on our Internet platforms in a variety of ways. Cookies are small pieces of text information that make it possible to recognize the user and analyze your use of our websites. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. They serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure overall. 7.4 Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized. This means that only a rough localization is possible.

7.5 Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3TKG and Art 6 GDPR (in particular consent). Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

8 Consent and right of withdrawal

8.1 If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we will only process it after you have given your express consent.

8.2 In principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that you have the consent of your legal representative.

8.3 You can revoke your consent at any time at the following e-mail address: office(at)apis.solutions. In such a case, the data previously stored about you will be anonymized and subsequently only used for statistical purposes without personal reference. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

9 Data security

9.1 APIS Solutions uses technical and organizational security measures to protect the stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction and against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technical progress.

10 Your rights
